At Tabs® Chocolate, we strive for total satisfaction with every bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a specialized resolution process for any issues encountered.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer experience team within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product or packaging if your chocolate arrived damaged or melted.
- 3.Evaluation
Our team will review your request to determine eligibility for a replacement or a store credit refund based on our quality standards.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a fresh replacement will be shipped immediately or a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
